Xochil Veronica Ruiz and Ezequiel Chavez Rodriguez were married May 17, 2010, in San Jose.
Xochil, daughter of Jose (Joe) Rodriguez and Ignacia (Nancy)Robles, is a high school graduate and currently a homemaker.
Ezequiel, son of Leonardo Rodriguez and Zenaida Chavez, is a high school graduate and currently employed as a mechanic.
The couple, who have come a long way in life to get where they are today, reside in Gilroy. Family and friends wish them love, happiness and joy in the future.
HONORS
Leonel Lopez
Air Force Airman Leonel G. Lopez graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
He is the nephew of Roxanna and Mark A. Stephens of Hollister and a 2009 graduate of San Benito High School.
